We are so excited to be able to provide you with the couponing experience without all the work!
1. How does it work?
We cut the coupons, buy the products and list them for you to purchase and either pick up or have them delivered, it is that easy!2. What is a credit?
Instead of giving each item a dollar amount, we assign it a credit number. You can purchase credits and redeem them for items. The more credits you buy at a single time, the cheaper each credit is.
3. Am I really saving money?
Of course! We have had many people mention to us that they would like to purchase from our stock pile. They love couponing but don't have the time to sit and cut coupons and go to the store and stand in line. This saves you time because we do all the work for you. And, you have an opportunity to purchase items well after the sale date if you suddenly run out. Use The Coupon Pantry Store to stock up on items or to pick up items that you run out of and don't want to go out and purchase it full price.
4. What if I don't want to use up all my credits at once?
We will hold the credits for you up to a month. Each week, we will be introducing new items so you can wait and scoop those up!
5. What if I want a specific flavor?
We will be posting the new items we plan on picking up at the beginning of each week. If you spy something you may want, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we can not guarantee to get the each flavor your may want. We are limited to supply at the store. We also can not guarantee the flavor of items already purchased.
6. What if I refer a friend, is there any incentives?
We want to support those who support us. If you refer a friend and they make a purchase, make sure they let us know it was you and we will credit your account 3 credits.
7. How do I pick up the items?
There are a few ways of obtaining your items.
- You can pick them up from our location in Apple Valley, which is free.
- For a delivery charge of $10.00 we can drop them off at your house (the distance can not be over 20 miles, if it is, there will be an additional $5.00 for every 10 miles.) This delivery charge will be assessed for EACH delivery. If you don't use up all of your credits in one delivery, an additional delivery charge will be assessed for any following deliveries.
- We can ship the items for the shipping cost
We do include those items. We can not however ship those items and if you want them delivered and you are not there, you are responsible for what happens to them. For fridge items that can be frozen without changing the consistence for flavor of the item, such as string cheese, go-gurt, bread, etc. we will freeze them so that they can be available longer.
9. Can I request items?
We would love to hear from you and will try our best to accommodate your requests. If you let us know what you are looking for, we will keep our eyes out for great deals!
***We do reserve the right to changes prices at any time. Also, as we buy a certain amount of items, we can not guarantee we will have the amount that you request. We will do our best to accommodate you and if we are unable to provide you with an item, we will refund that credit.
